The staff at the salon were warm and welcoming. I didnt have to wait long for my appointment.
Before my facial Chanelle explained the whole process and all the different steps.
As she was doing my facial she explained what product she was applying and what it was for. This was very useful to know and helped me to have a better understanding of the benefits of those products and procedures.

Chanelle delivered a really lovely facial and made me feel calmed and relaxed.

The room was clean and tidy and calming music was played along with ambient music, whixh gave a calming feeling.

I left with soft, vibrant and a nice cleansed face.
